There are so many beautiful things to see and fun things to do within walking distance like Hampton Court Palace, the maze, and cool antique shops plus delicious places to eat. Twenty-five different food options within a 5-10 minute walk. The palace is just over the bridge. Catch the train directly into London Waterloo or head to Wimbledon. If you're here for Rugby, Twickenham Stadium is less than 6 miles away.

There are lots of great shops and here are a few of our favourites: Antiques Emporium, Ellu Amour Women's Clothing, Fountain Gallery, Mercado Gifts & Creative Quilting shops. Short walk to Henry VIII's Hampton Court Palace (Hampton Court Flower Show locale), Thames riverboats, Bushy Park’s Parkruns, trains to Wimbledon & London Waterloo (35mins) 4.5 miles to Twickenham Stadium.

Two-minute walk to In Harmony spa and Bondi Rise Yoga/Pilates Studio. Spread out and relax after exploring Henry VIII’s amazing palace and all the fun quirky shops and array of restaurants that are a short stroll from the flat.

By train, we are 35 minutes from London Waterloo. By car, we are 35-45 mins from London Heathrow and 45-50 mins from London Gatwick. We are a short car ride from Kingston and Teddington and we offer free Parking in our private car park.

Travel To And From Hampton Court Snug

Lots of public transport options all within a five-minute walk. Buses, trains into London, Ubers, and plenty of taxis! If you'd like the least expensive travel option to and from London Heathrow Bus 111 leaves every 12 minutes and you can catch just over the bridge and around the corner. It's less than £2. A real bargain. Depending on the time of day, it can take 50-90 minutes but if you sit up top and have a good book it's pretty relaxing. :)

The Hampton Court Area Is Pretty Special

A wonderful high street with a mix of antique, butcher, clothing, gifts, and art shops! Walkable, inviting and so close to the train, restaurants, food shops, and pubs as well as the River Thames, Hampton Court Palace, and Bushy Park.

Walk out the door and stroll down the wonderfully quirky Bridge Road with its fun, lively, and unique pubs, restaurants, and shops. At the end, you reach the River Thames. Cross over the stately historic Hampton Court Bridge to reach Henry VIII’s Hampton Court Palace, the most stunning of England’s Historic Royal Palaces. Also, catch gorgeous sunsets from Hampton Court Bridge.

Fancy some walking and exploring? Try the formal gardens of Hampton Court Palace and the wild parkland of nearby Bushy Park where you walk among the deer. For larger shops, Kingston is the place to head by bus (5 minutes), by boat (35 minutes), or on a bike or on foot following the curving Thames Path to reach Kingston Bridge. If it’s horse racing you’re after Kempton and Sandown Race Course are a short 8-15 Uber ride away.
